Project description

Challenges:

  • New business products development based on big data
  • Recruitment of big data specialists
  • Scouting startups
  • Implementation of a social educational experiment with specialists' access to the company's big data 

Decision.

A year-long Big Data Lab project for Vodafone was implemented. 

The Big Data Lab was successfully launched and transferred to be managed by Vodafone.

  • Developed the project strategy: name, positioning, identity
  • Implemented a promotional campaign for the project within the IT market:
  1. target audience coverage - 250,000
  2. special attendees - CTOs / CEOs of twenty IT companies from the top 50,
  3. participants and mentors - graduates-mathematicians from leading technical universities 
  4. mentors - leading experts from high-tech businesses
  • Conducted educational program for 1,500 specialists (initially planned number of participants - 800)
  • Held the hackathon. Number of projects developed - 50
  • Implemented an acceleration program for 10 winning teams.
